Some guests naturally have finer strands, while others have thicker, coarser, or more dense hair — and matching extension hair to your natural texture is one of the most important parts of creating a seamless, realistic result.
We thoughtfully source all extension hair through IBE, choosing from a range of ethically sourced, premium human hair options to best match your natural strand size, density, and texture.
This includes hair sourced from different regions to support:
Finer, silkier textures
Medium, balanced textures
Coarser, fuller textures
We also offer straight, wavy, and curly patterns so your extensions move and behave like your natural hair — not like an “add-on.”

With proper care, extension hair typically lasts 6–12+ months, depending on:
Your at-home hair care routine
Your styling habits (heat, frequency, products)
The thickness and density selected

LONG HAIR DON'T CARE
Maintenance
During a reset, we:
Remove the extension rows completely
Gently brush out and care for your natural hair
Re-section the hair for optimal placement
Reinstall the rows in their refreshed position
Reset Pricing (starting April 1st):
$100 per row
What this includes:
Full removal of extension rows
Detangling and brushing out your natural hair
Fresh re-sectioning for balance and comfort
Reinstallation of your existing extension hair
Please note:
Additional services such as coloring your natural hair, washing, treatments, or styling are not included in the reset price and may be added on as needed for an additional investment.
Maintenance appointments (also called move-ups or resets) are required every 6–10 weeks to keep your extensions comfortable, healthy, and beautifully blended.

The hair we use is premium, 100% Remy human hair—ethically sourced, never mixed, and cuticle-intact for long-lasting wear. On average, extension hair lasts around 12 months with proper care. That said, results vary based on factors like your at-home routine, brushing habits, and the color of the hair. For example, platinum blondes require a bit more maintenance than darker shades. We'll set you up with everything you need to get the longest life out of your investment—no guesswork involved.
Yes! You can do anything with your extensions that you would with your natural hair—ponytails, buns, braids, clips, you name it. Our methods are designed to be flexible, secure, and discreet, so you can style with confidence and keep living your life without limitations.
“Scalp healthy” means your extensions are installed in a way that doesn’t cause tension, breakage, or long-term damage to your natural hair or scalp. At June Karter, we take the time to customize your install so it feels secure—but never tight—and we educate you on how to care for your scalp between visits. A healthy scalp = healthy hair growth = longer wear and better results.
