Policies aren’t here to make things complicated. They protect your appointment time, my time, and allow me to give every guest the care and attention they deserve.
CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING
Life happens. If you need to make a change to your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
If something about your hair needs an adjustment, please reach out within one week of your appointment. I’ll do my best to get you taken care of as quickly as my schedule allows.
PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Major credit cards, Apple Pay + cash are accepted. Checks are not accepted.
INVOICES
Any invoice sent for your appointment, hair, deposit or service must be paid by the listed due date. Unpaid invoices may require us to reschedule your upcoming appointment.
EXTENSION DEPOSITS
Extension hair is ordered specifically for you. Your required deposit must be paid before hair is ordered and your installation appointment is secured.
QUESTIONS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME
Clear communication goes both ways. If you’re unsure about your appointment, maintenance, pricing or what to book, please ask. I’d much rather answer the question than have you arrive feeling unsure.

Online Booking
There is FREE, safe + secure parking in the Chemeketa Parkade.
Pull into the garage and follow it up to the second floor. Park there and walk toward the elevators.
Once you reach the elevators:
Turn RIGHT → follow the skybridge → continue around the corner → walk through the doors into The Forge.
You’ll see a digital directory, but you can keep walking straight down the hall toward Clink. Turn right and look for The Ivory Hair Co. sign.

PARKING:
Free parking is available in the nearby parking garage with a skybridge connecting you to The Forge. No circling downtown or worrying about street parking time limits.

I work by appointment only. My availability and current openings are always reflected in my online booking calendar.
